Provox® FreeHands FlexiVoice™ offers both the possibility to speak hands-free or with manual occlusion. For hands-free speech, a choice can be made between three membrane flexibilities, depending on how much airflow and pressure is required for speaking. With Provox® FreeHands FlexiVoice™ you do not need to make a decision immediately. It is easy and comfortable to test the different speaking valves in different situations. Some patients might find it preferable to use a speaking valve with a very flexible membrane while others might find a membrane with less flexibility more desirable.
