Foam dressing is designed to help protect vulnerable parts of patient’s body from the outset. It spreads pressure evenly, reduces friction and shear, removes moisture and humidity from the skin, transforming patient comfort and helping to protect against the formation of pressure ulcers.

• The breathable anti-friction layer is easy to keep clean and slides against the bedding.
• A soft, inner pouch allows the inner layers to move freely, absorbing shear and friction forces that damage skin.
• The absorbent core redistributes pressure while managing moisture and humidity at the surface of the skin.
• The wicking layer lifts moisture from the skin, spreads it horizontally and passes it to the absorbent core where it is locked away.
• A silicone layer with large holes across the entire dressing ensures excellent adhesion and absorbency, this helps to avoid dressing movement and discomfort while reducing the frequency of dressing changes.
